"Great service, fast friendly and efficient Update: I was dropped a couple weeks later via email. Never got a response back from my email. I was with StateFarm in California for over a decade and never had an experience like this. Texas insurance is weird…"

"Andrew helped me last week in my endeavor to look for a great car insurance and he has given me so much information on state farm that it made the process of talking to an agent a walk in the park. "I had the honor of getting to work with Kris Bryant. Kris kept everything super light hearted and made me feel like I was talking to a friend I had known for years all while keeping it professional. He not only made it super understandable, but he even gave me advice that would be more affordable and work better with my budget. "I am writing this to express my appreciation and gratitude for the Roslyn Knight State Farm team. As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed with warmth and enthusiasm. I got to work with Estefani on getting a policy started and she along with another team member John gave me all the information I would need. They walked me through what it would look like for each policy and not just how that would affect them as agents but more so how it would affect me as the policy owner. I was so excited and pleased with my experience that I already started referring people to them! I can tell they have a great leader because it always starts from the top. I even received a card in the mail from the customer service manager Angela, welcoming me as a customer. If you are needing insurance or even thinking about switching over I’d definitely recommend the Roslyn Knight team!"

"**UPDATED REVIEW** If I could assign a negative star rating, I would. I am writing to formally express my extreme frustration with the lack of communication and inadequate service I have received from your office, specifically from Angela Norris, the Customer Service Manager. As a long-time customer, I expect timely, transparent, and professional interactions regarding my policies. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been anything but satisfactory. The information provided has been vague, incomplete, or entirely unhelpful. This is unacceptable, especially considering the importance of clear, accurate communication in insurance policy management. If there is some type of customer review survey, I would welcome the opportunity to survey my experience. *********************************************************** Working with Kevin D. Williams at Roslyn Knight -State Farm was a refreshing experience! Kevin answered all of my questions and quoted me very competitive rates! My husband and I are looking forward to a long and beneficial relationship with State Farm. Thank you, Kevin!"
